If you want to request for a refund, go to the bottom of the screen where you will see a help icon
Click on that icon and a pop up will appear
You then click on support request
This page appears, then you that has title and description. For title you write something like requesting for a refund. For the description you write your issue describing what happened that made you to request for a refund. After that you click on create a ticket and wait for your approval. The approval process can take a maximum of 7 days. Also make sure that your email is correct.
