When you order tickets on tixxets, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the tixxets app or website using the email on your order. Then, go to Tickets.

You can access your Tickets in your acccount via the Tixxxets app or website.
The tixxets app:
iPhone: Login in and tap Tickets.
Android: Login in and tap Profile.Then,find your order and tap Tickets.
The tixxets website: Login in and go to Tickets.
If you are unable to log in
You might not have a password yet,During checkout, tixxets creates an account for you using the email address to provide. To verify your email and accesss your tickets:
1.Enter your email address on the tixxets Log in page and select Continue.
2.Select Forgot password.
3.Select Reset password.
4.Check you email for your password reset link.Password reset emails come from tixxets.com with the subject line "Reset your tixxets password."The link is valid for 2 hours.
5.Open the email and select Set a new password.
6.Enter your new password and select Update password.Once you're logged in, go to Tickets. to find your tickets.
If your tickets are missing
There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your tixxets account:
Different email address: You are logged into tixxets using a different email address than the one you used to place the order.
Typo in your email address:The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.
The organizer needs more information:The event organizer is requesting additional information before your tickets can be issued. Login to your tixxets account and go to Tickets to provide the requested information.
If your tickets are missing for any of these reasons, contact the event organizer for assistance.
