Payout Process Overview
Payouts typically occur 5-7 business days after your event.
We partner with Stripe to securely handle all payment and payout processes.
Steps to Ensure Seamless Payouts
Verify Bank Account Details via Stripe:
Navigate to the Finance tab in your dashboard
Tixxets does not store your bank or tax details. Instead, we rely on Stripe to manage this securely.
When setting up your Tixxets account, you’ll be prompted to sign up with Stripe to handle your bank account information, tax details, and other business-related information.
Check Your Payout Status:
To view the status of your payouts, go to the Payouts tab in your dashboard.
You can see the total balance, future payouts, and amounts in transit to your bank.
Ensure Your Stripe Account Is Set Up Correctly:
You need to make sure your Stripe account is properly set up with accurate bank details to avoid delays in receiving payouts.
Sign in to Stripe directly from the Finance tab to manage or update your bank account and tax information.
Important Notes:
All payouts are processed using the bank account details you provide via Stripe.
If your Stripe account isn’t set up correctly, payouts may be delayed.
Tixxets does not have access to your financial information. For any issues related to your bank or tax details, please manage them directly through Stripe.
